My wife is addicted to DMT
My wife 44f and I 42m got married about a year ago. She confessed to me that she had an addiction to meth and alcohol six months ago. I decided to introduce her to DMT in order to overcome her addiction to these things. She stopped doing meth for a month or so now but now she can’t go anywhere or do anything without her DMT vape. The alcohol is still used everyday but she seems to have replaced meth with DMT.
I was an occasional DMT user for about a year until I got hyper-slapped and hung up the phone. She doesn’t want to know about any of my DMT experiences because they may influence hers so I can’t warn her about my bad experiences. I feel like she’s using DMT to hide from past trauma which I did myself for a while too…
I don’t know how to handle this situation and am looking for advice on how to be supportive for her and her journey. I’m cool with her doing it at home in a safe space but she wants to go everywhere with it.
