I’m trying to get all of the achievements for Cities Skylines on PC.

There are a few buildings required for the monuments that require you to severely damage your city. I was wondering if I could make a save BEFORE attempting to unlock the building, and then reloading the save once I unlock said building…Will I have the building in the previous save?

Hopefully I’m making some sense.
