27M, 186-ish CM height, around 78kg weight, Macedonia.
Late February I had a cold, once it subsided I had like a little ball show up right behind my left ear, after a while another one showed up. The interwebs said "wait 2 weeks and if not gone go see doctor".
I go to doctor, she initially says "oh it's nothing, it's in passing, you can have a blood test if you want just in case". From what I understand everything is fine except one part which is:
CMV IGG - Architect, supposedly this should be a value of 6 or below, in my case it's a value of +205.4 which seems to be a lot. Due to this I've been advised to not go to the gym, as a starting point it was 6 weeks.
It's been a month and a half after I had this show up, doc says I will not be allowed to go to the gym until it's fully gone which supposedly takes months? She said it should be by mid or end of July based on her predictions. As of now the balls are WAY WAY smaller, but on occasion still visible and still there.
I guess my questions are the title and also why is strenuous physical activity forbidden for such a long period of time? All I've been told is that I just need to not exert myself a lot, the most I can do are walks and hikes... apparently? I'm moreso asking out of curiosity, I just don't understand it because physically I feel fine, but despite that I should still be resting.
