Just needing to vent about the VIP program and my host. I play casino in PA. I am down 70k this year on DK and was down 50k last year. (I am up at my other providers, so the losses are all good, but the treatment here is terrible compared elsewhere while up sucks)
Since the end of March, I have loses around 20-25k and my host has only given me $250 in courtesy credit from end of march till today. That just feels insane. I always tell them I only want courtesy credits or deposit matches, but they just push loss backs which I hate then say all promos count toward my rewards and I’m above average? Lmao gotten like 1 deposit match.
My other providers send me 3 to 4 times the offers and I am actually winning over there.
Is anyone else dealing with a host this stingy or is the DK program just trash now? I know they’ve cut back but it’s so bad now.
