My son's preferred place for his 12th birthday party doesn't have a party room. I'm looking for a place we can go before or after the activity that'll have kid-friendly food (pizza, burgers, etc. althought they're all fairly adventerous eaters, so we have flexibility there) and would let us bring in/buy a cake and maybe have a small room or semi-private corner where we could put up a few small decorations.

It's a small gathering -- just 5 kids and 1-2 adults.

Ideally something walkable from 16th and Chestnut. Also open to other suggestions. For example, I was thinking of setting up the food in that pocket park near Liberty Place, but I hate being dependent on good weather.
