I’ve been lucky to see Pearl Jam numerous times over the past 28 years and as I sit here on a Friday night I’m pondering the best “version” of Pearl Jam. I’ve seen them across the country and in Europe. And if I’m honest, my favorite Pearl Jam moment is walking back from the Stadio Olimpico at 2am with 50,000 other fans in Rome in 2018. But I think my favorite version of Pearl Jam is from the 2010 tour and the enduring concert for me is MSG 5/21/2010. That show was epic and as the anniversary approaches again I find myself drawn to it on YouTube and goddamn, what a great fucking show!
