Any way to remove large "Talk" button on Camera View

In the above image the left side is the Camera view for a current gen Nest doorbell (it shows on all cameras when selected) with a giant talk button in the way of the video history on a Samsung S21. On the right is a non-ported older Nest doorbell with the normal size microphone icon on a Google Pixel 7a.

I don't want to disable the microphone all together but can't find anything in the settings for the life of me and this just seems absurd to be a default button layout.
