I now have 9/10 of the 2027 1st round picks! I know that sounds super extreme and unconventional but let me give some context of my league I joined: around when I joined, the league had two guys quit because our league was extremely top heavy, a big reason it was top heavy was the guys who left were tacos that couldn’t win bc they traded their best players away for penny’s to the guys who are now top heavy, then these two complained it was top heavy and left. So I come in and snag the team with a recently injured CMC at the time, and trade away anything and everything for draft capital. The top 3 teams in this league have ~26 of the top 40 players in dynasty (one team is so deep with high end talent that JJettas and Drake London ride his bench.) The guys in this league don’t value draft picks at all until the draft actually comes around. We also have a lot of Ohio State/Alabama fans in this league that have already and will pay more for guys from those schools (Jeremiah Smith/Ryan Williams for the upcoming 27’ draft, recently these guys have paid bags to get Olave/Wilson/Marv/JSN) and have vocalized they would send me Chase+ for Smith. Do you think this is crazy extreme or am I sensible in being this extreme?
