i really like mezcal and i would say i'm pretty familiar with anything that you could get at your average liquor store. I'd like to start diving into nicer mezcals and expand my pallet but i'm a little hesitant to go to astor liquor's and just drop a lot on bottles i don't know anything about. Where in nyc is a good place to try a diverse selection of mezcals? Are there places that have sort of an agave sommelier, is that even a thing? The cabinet is already on my list but curious if any new yorkers have recommendations beyond what I find on timeout ny lists
