I did the whole license thing months ago and I had voice chat. But I came back after a while and I don’t have voice chat anymore. My account settings say I’m in the 21+ age group, but when I go to the communication tab and stuff I don’t see anything to enable it. I saw people who say it’s based on country too but I live in the US so I’m assuming it’s allowed there.
