Someone is building Roko's basilisk.

If you press the red button, some amount of help will be given to the basilisk's creation.

If you press the blue button, no amount of help will be given to the basilisk's creation.

The basilisk, unlike the original proposal, will only do the infinite torture, and provide zero benefits upon being created, though the torture will only apply to the people who pressed the blue button.

At least 50% of humanity must press the red button for the basilisk to be built. If 50% or more press the blue button, the basilisk will not be built.

All of humanity must press one of the two buttons.
