Any advice welcome,

I want to use unistrut to create a overhead trolley system in my building. Ideally it would have a weight limit of 400lbs min. The joists appear to be around 16" on center. I feel comfortable doing a robust wood anchoring job but I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to the unistrut.

Would unistrut work? Which type is best? How do I read the charts?

I need it to be as low profile as possible. With the fasteners in the inner channel, probably lag bolts.
