My boyfriend is an immigrant and his home country is Peru, we're very scared of him getting put into a camp and not being able to see him again so we want to get him out as soon as possible!

I know there is the CBP home app but it asks for your location and I dont want to risk it :(

Is there another way to get him home safely, we have a decent amount of money. boat/train/bus? is there anyway?
