There is currently a back order for Honda type 3.1 in the GTA (Ontario,Canada) with no fulfillment date from the dealers.

I was already over my maintenance minder about 10k prior to finding this out, and waited it out another 2 months.

I decided to go with Pentosin ATF 9, saved some money too.

I will update the community in a couple of weeks to let you all know how it runs in the 9speed.

Fuchs states that it’s a direct replacement for the Honda variant
