I'm doing a personal project on the evolution of authentic entertainment diners throughout the world. I heard about Billy bears operating in the 90's so it caught my attention. But I can't find much on it, not even with the archives.... Now I know some old diners fade into thin air throughout the years. But this one seemed to be super popular in the Birmingham area. So at this point I'm relying on the tales of the locals. If anyone knows anything (big or small details.) if it is triggering for anyone I apologize. I mean no harm in this pursuit of knowledge.
