Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone in the UK has had a problem with their house disappearing from the Tesla App today.

I had a PW3 and Expansion packs fitted on Wednesday and everything was working fine then at about 11pm last night my house disappeared from the Tesla App. Lost My Powerwall status and Tesla charger data, I can still see my car though.

My installer can still see the site on their system and everything is working fine but I have no way to view what is happening myself.

I spoke with Tesla and they have said there is a bug with the system currently. Is anyone else having the same issue?
