Mechanics doing more damage than good

I'm going crazy here -

sent my car to a garage for transmission fixing - it came back fixed but the knobs on the armrests were missing
sent my car to a different garage for AC issues - came back fixed but this time the cup holder in the armrest have been pulled out and lost

What are these clowns doing?

So a Korvax mathematician flies in with this exotic, so l buy it (pictured left), happy with my rare exotic.

The guy teleports away, and 1 minute later the same guy flies in with another 😂 that's him on the right, probably rolling back the odometer before another quick sale
