I bought the cheetah pro new a little less than 2.5 years ago. I loved the voice to text feature but then it just quit working, when I tapped the mic to respond it did nothing.
then a steady decline in the touch screen's ability to "touch". Its a known issue, y'all know how it goes.
NOW its too the point where I can't even get into the settings to shut it up. EVERY time I get a notification, it makes a loud bing and the terrible Zepp AI is there listening so I can't even glance at the notification. (i don't want to turn the volume all the way down, it talks to me when I run and I need those voice cues. )
Is this watch just toast? Is the touch screen replaceable (and if so where or is it a diy) I really liked the watch when it worked but now, its almost as dumb as my old fitbit from 10 years ago.
