I’ve had some really bad experiences with artists I’ve enquired about having a few tattoos covered up, judgemental/rude/laugh in your face kinda artists, does anyone have any recommendations for non judgemental artists that “specialise” (if that’s a thing?) in cover ups? Thank you kindly 🤍
