I’m looking for experiences with the following setup:
• IGEL OS (tested on both version 11 and 12, same result)
• Citrix Workspace session
• Xelion softphone running inside the Citrix session
The issue is that when making or receiving calls with Xelion, the other party hears me very poorly (bad microphone quality).
Incoming audio is fine – I can hear the other person clearly.
Important notes:
• The exact same Xelion + Citrix combination works perfectly when using a normal Windows PC instead of the IGEL thin client.
• Microsoft Teams works without any audio problems in the same IGEL + Citrix setup.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with Xelion on IGEL + Citrix?
Or has anyone had comparable outgoing audio problems with another softphone application in this kind of environment (IGEL → Citrix → softphone)?
Any shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
