Protein makes me nauseous now- help!

Hello, I have been on Semaglutide for almost a month now and can feel it working.. have lost about 8 pounds. However, I have had a hard time getting protein in. I lift weights regularly and know how important it is to keep protein intake up so I don't lose muscle, but when I think of eating my normal protein go-to's: Greek yogurt, protein shakes, eggs, cottage cheese... it makes me nauseous. When I do try to eat it-like a Greek yogurt cup- I can't even get down the whole 100 calorie container.

I've also noticed more fatigue during lift sessions, and can't lift as much as I used to.

Any suggestions? Is this normal?

edit: I don't have a lot more to lose, maybe 10-12 pounds

How do you all manage the timing of the side effects? I'm on week 3 of the starter dose, the first week the nausea was rough and last week I had the worst diarrhea, both on the third day (which was awful to experience at work). So I took the shot on Friday this week so hopefully I'd have the worst side effects on the weekend, but so far it's been fine. I'm just hoping tomorrow at work things don't explode again 😜 Would love any tips/tricks/advice as this is new to me.
