SOLUTION IN COMMENTS!!!

So first I want to start out, I was able to do this on my PC and now I’m trying to do the same thing on my steam deck, but for the last over 20 hours of trying to figure this out here’s what I was able to do and not able to do. Please mind I am so desperate I factory reset my steam deck just to get this to work!

Successful processes used:
-Downloaded all desired DLC appropriate folder
-launched Updated with “wine windows program loader”
-Used ProtonTricks to attempt to fix the setup

Problem with set up as known:

When launching “setup\_linux.sh” in konsol I receive the following message on the konsol with no follow up.
“WARNING: could not find ‘/home/deck/Downloads/ea’, starting ‘/bin/bash’ instead. Please check your profile settings.

I have attempted running the Linux setup and regular in Lutris. I have attempted downloading EA through Lutris to see if that would help. I have attempted manually downloading everything through Lutris. I have attempted copying files from PC to steam deck in case I had incorrectly followed the manual instructions for the DLC unlocked. I have done all of these and more after NUMEROUS resets.

Please help!!!
