I am waiting for my surrender certificate and will then start OCI application process. I was going to do the standard application on mportal website and then go to embassy for submitting all my documents. But then I started hearing about new e-OCI and fully online process+ only biometric at the embassy. But I don't this see this updated on embassy website. So confused which process to follow. If anyone has already tried it please share details. Thanks.
