Finally found a dot set-up I like!
So in a previous post I mentioned that I was not digging the Trijicon MRO HD I had put on my AP5SD. It was just too chonky for the gun so I started thinking. I remembered that I had an ACRO P-2 on my 1301 Tactical so I grabbed it and threw it on. I liked it but with a 22mm riser the red dot hit right on the hoop that surrounds the front sight post. Ordered a 30mm version of said riser and I have, in my opinion, a great little set up. Good amount of clearance between afore mentioned hoop and the dot, comes to the eye fast and on target, and has a cheek-ish weld. I really like it and thought I would share in case someone is pondering options.
