Thinking about switching to tankless in the Houston area, anyone here regret it?

Our 12-year-old tank water heater is finally on its way out and a couple of neighbors have been trying to talk me into going tankless instead of replacing it like for like. I like the idea of endless hot water and getting that closet space back, but I keep reading mixed things about install costs and Houston water hardness wrecking them down here. Anyone in the area made the switch and would you do it again?

Finally received my latest haul

This latest haul is a powerhouse of graphic-heavy layering and high-fashion textural contrast. I’m particularly impressed by the heavy focus on structured knitwear and statement hoodies, where heavyweight pullovers and premium zipper cardigans provide a cozy, high-impact volume that anchors the collection. This is balanced perfectly by the inclusion of technical hooded jackets and refined knit polos, offering a sharp, intentional frame for modern layering.

Overall, every item in this haul strikes a perfect balance between high-fashion elegance and a sharp, performance-driven streetwear aesthetic.

Is it just me, or is Paramount Plus starting to be expensive for nothing

I only keep it for the Champions League and Survivor, but with the price hike to $14, I’m looking at the library and there’s almost nothing else I want to watch. The app is still buggy and slow, and they keep adding a dollar every few months. I think after the CL final, I’m cutting the cord on this one.
