I'm a couple months into the cold email game and my IP got blacklisted by an ISP for the first time. It is some small ISP called Cloudmark that I had never heard of but it turns out 25% of my ICP uses it. I currently operate 201 mailboxes across 67 domains set up on a dedicated US IP. I am in the process of changing my IP. How long do I conservatively need to let my IP warm up before sending campaign emails again?

For reference, I usually only send 5 campaign emails a day and then set warm up at about 25 emails when I'm running a campaign for reference. I try to keep it ultra conservative.
