My girlfriend and I moved to Santa Monica from Kansas. We're renting a two-room house. Even though the house isn't big, thinking of it as our own space makes it feel really cozy and clean.
On the morning of the first day we moved in, I experienced the most beautiful morning in the world.
It was opening my eyes to the woman I love, lying in bed next to me.
