I can't unsubscribe from Venice.ai; they keep charging me and I can't stop it. Venice.ai offers two ways to contact them: via the link https://venice.ai/subscription, which simply redirects you back to the Venice chat to tell you the same thing, and the email address support@venice.ai, which goes unanswered. This looks very much like a scam: other AI service providers have links that actually work for managing your subscription. I would be grateful for any advice you can offer on how to resolve this issue.
