Lidded bowls are probably my favorite thing to turn. There is such a huge feeling of accomplishment when they are done. The journey from a fresh log to an artwork. There is something i cant describe with it, but I never get the same feeling from a plain bowl etc.

Ash, oak and chestnut.

Lidded bowl: Bowl in oak, lid in chestnut. Filial in ebonised ash.

Urn: body in oak, lid in cherry (carved water lilly, tho i nedd to work on my carving skills). Filial in bent ash.
