So I was unemployed all of 2025 but my investments were above $50K NZD (I didn’t sell more than $50K worth tho).
I haven’t been hit with any FIF tax as of yet but am aware of it… fast forward, I am employed full time at the moment and my portfolio remains >$50K.
Does anyone have any tips when it comes to minimising my FIF / any strategies when it comes to this?
My portfolio split looks like this between Hatch & Investnow all being FIF worthy?
