i 28(M) have recently moved into a new rental, so the living room is still a bit of a work in progress at the moment. most of the artwork and decorative pieces i already have are still packed away in boxes waiting to be unpacked, and i’m feeling quite unsure about what to do with the left corner of the room.

i’m planning to wall-mount the tv soon, but aside from that, I’m also looking to buy things affordable while making the space feel warm, cosy, and nicely put together. lately i’ve been really drawn to mid-century modern and japandi styles, so i’d genuinely appreciate any ideas or suggestions on how i could bring some of that feel into the space.
