Im trying to set up my BillPay account with Atmos Summit credit card to use it for rent payment

I've entered all my information and my SSN, but when submitted I get some waiting animation and then it reverted back to the prior page with routing and account numbers masked. If I try again, same thing happens again.

One thing to note is that my Atmos Summit credit card is associated with my old address, but the rent payment is a new apartment I just rented this month.

Is there a fix to this?
