Is it possible to have split tunneling based on DNS instead of just apps or IPs?

I’m asking because i’m running into issues with split tunneling and Valorant. I tried excluding all the related executables (valorant.exe, riot client, vgc, etc.), but the game still partially goes through the VPN. As a result, I get slow loading, missing friends list, and I appear offline in-game.

From what I understand, Riot uses multiple services and dynamic IPs behind their domains, so excluding by .exe or static IP doesn’t fully work.

Would DNS-based split tunneling (like excluding *.riotgames.com) be possible in Proton VPN?
