Could Neuman gain marie abilities if she train with godolkin

Marie, before training with Godolkin, seems to use her powers relatively the same as Victoria, which to me indicates that Neumann simply wasn't using her powers properly. But what are your thoughts on this?

Is this not a clear butcher nerf

Butcher catches Bombsight off guard, and instead of using more tentacles to wrap around him Butcher just sits and watches Bombsight very clearly turn around and grab him. Maybe I'm misunderstanding Butcher's tentacles, but to my knowledge, there's nothing that would have prevented him from summoning more.

Before commenting, look at slides 1 and 2 and explain why he could do that in slide 2 but not 1.

Homelander was low-key doing Maeve crazy the entire fight until she snuck him with a metal rod. Had that rod not been there, she would have been a no diff.

But this combo that Homelander defended against, does it genuinely make sense that he could do this with strength alone and no skill?

I wholeheartedly believe Cindy could one-shot any character without confirmed internal durability, excluding Soldier Boy and Homelander, and even win most 1v1 encounters.

The story has gone out of its way to have characters avoid Cindy's ability and beat her via sneak attack. The first instance was Stormfront, who immediately landed and used her lightning on an off-guard Cindy. Stormfront is usually cocky and likely didn't even know Cindy's ability, yet the plot still had her go out of her way to immediately incapacitate Cindy. I also want to add that this is the longest Stormfront ever used her ability on someone; usually, she only uses it for a quick second then flings them away, but the plot made sure Stormfront used it to incapacitate Cindy. Someone give me an instance aside from this where she didn't fling them away and fully discharge them.

The second is when Starlight gained a whole new ability just to avoid Cindy closing her hands. Starlight has a durability that Victoria admitted would be tough to bypass, yet it's heavily implied that if Cindy closed her hands, Starlight would be dead. Hence her gaining flight at this specific moment, the narrative is again telling us her ability is far too dangerous in a 1v1.

She gets sneak-attacked two more times in season 5, which reiterates the point that Cindy in a 1v1 is smoking most supes.
