Hey guys, so my elder sister lives in delhi ( Vaishali ), works in idbi bank. She recently got transferred to Chandigarh and have to work from there from 14th May for the next 3-4 years atleast.

She has two kids ( a 6yo and a 11yo ) and also would need them to get admissioned in one of the better schools around the locality.

1. Please suggest me the options for a 2bhk flat on rent near sector 17 ( budget: 30 k ). Any gated societies? Or standalone ?
2. Good schools for the kids.
