After our search in jurf 3, we have shifted our search to al raqaib 2. Can't find anything in Dubizzle or bayut. Can someone let me know if you are living this area. I would like to know how the rental fares are here. If it's out of our budget no point in coming there and roaming around.

We have visited jurf3 last day and was really shocked to see the almost deserted place. Most of the buildings are new but no shops are there. Not much in utilities. Getting a built in cupboard and balcony is only the luxury at this point. Why the rent is above 35 for this area?!
We as a family of 2 adults and one kid planning to move to Jurf 3 most probably by July. Can anyone share me insight for the babysitter available in that area? We are moving from muwaliah commercial so anything else that we should be actually prepared for before moving? My office is in the Sharjah Ajman border, and my husband works in RAK. My son's school transport is available in jurf 3 also but I need to check the timing.
We have a WhatsApp community in muwaileh is there anything like that in jurf?
