Im entering college in the fall, and am planning on joining my school’s volleyball team. Unfortunately, the practices are from 9PM - 12PM, two days a week. I value sleep heavily, and usually sleep at around 10. I know that exercise and a lack of routine both negatively affect sleep, so i’m conflicted. Any tips on how to navigate this?

Im entering Columbia in the fall, and i’m trying to see what sheets/covers to get. I know the beds are twin xl, but I’ve heard from some people that getting a queen duvet/comforter is better to cover the tall beds. Let me know y’all’s experience with this.
