Why do I need a paid subscription just to publish for all ages?? This is ridiculous.
Hello everyone, I’m making this post because I’m actually losing my mind over these "Publishing permissions."
Look at the image I attached. I have done EVERYTHING the right way.
- Account is in good standing? Check.
- Identity verification with my government ID? Done.
- Camera age check? Done.
- 2-step verification? Done.
I have jumped through every single hoop to prove I am a real person and a safe creator. But look at the last requirement for "Publish to all ages." It’s a red X just because I don’t have an "active subscription."
So, basically, all my privacy and security verification means nothing if I don't give them money for Premium or Plus every month? How does paying a monthly fee make my content any "safer" for all ages than a government ID does?
This is a total pay-to-play move and it’s honestly insulting to creators who spend time on their work. Why is the reach of my project locked behind a monthly bill after I already verified my entire identity?
This system is broken. Is anyone else as fed up with this as I am?
