Yesterday i went to the barbershop to get a trim and my barber told me it looked like i have eczema and told me my scalp was very sensitive. Hours later after the haircut someone pointed out that my neck was red so i i applied something and the redness went but now i have this weird bumps which i never had and im wondering what it is.
