My cat, Daisy, is very old but I'm not sure how old. She has to be at least 13 by now. A few days ago I noticed a bald patch on her shoulder that seemingly came out of nowhere, but I assumed it wasn't super important. However, recently she had been let outside by accident by my mother and she showed up at the door in the morning acting fine, but she had this weird sort of episode where she stared off into nothing, drank a lot of water, and didn't respond to her name. She ate some treats but wasn't nearly as vocal. Now she's lethargic, and she's been having diarrhea starting this morning which is straight liquid with maybe a little bit of barely solid poop.
I'm a minor and can't drive, my mom won't be home until this afternoon. Daisy smells like death and she's leaking diarrhea. She's been vomiting recently as well. I don't think she can wait until the afternoon. I wouldn't go to reddit for this kind of thing but I really need help getting her to a vet NOW. I'm in the US and I'm in Norfolk, VA, my mother knows Daisy needs a vet but my cat needs a vet now and she can't wait for an appointment. Daisy is spayed, she has been for a long time, and she seemed perfectly fine until now besides maybe a bit of vomiting that I assumed was food related. She likes to eat grass and thats why she tries to go outside so much. I don't care if I can afford vet care, I just need to figure out how to get her to a vet. Can someone help me find a vet that will come pick her up, or anything, she needs to see the vet ASAP
