Hello. A couple of months ago, I was using my Asus Vivobook Pro 15 OLED normally, then one day, my laptop was a running low, so I went to plug in my laptop, and I noticed that the charge wasn't going up at all, despite the little icon in the corner saying it was plugged in. There was no sign of any battery problems at all prior to this by the way. When I unplugged it, the battery would go down, but when plugged back in, it would hold a charge, and not go up. I then searched it up on YouTube, but all the fixes they were suggesting didn't fix the problem. I had to travel, so I eventually unplugged my laptop, then it died, and never turned back on again. I got another non-gaming laptop (HP Envy) for work and used that, and let my Asus Vivobook Pro 15 OLED sit for a couple of months up until a week ago when I decided to purchase a third-party battery for my Asus, and install it. The installation process went well, and my laptop finally turned back on after months of it being dead. Although, it wasn't charging. There was no indication that it was charging this time, and now its dead, and I have no idea what to do. I've also tried other charging cables. Could this be a charging port issue, or maybe a motherboard issue? I'm not even sure if it's a battery issue. Any help would be appreciated.
