I485 Lewisville TX Lockbox - Receipt?
I reside within the US and my country of birth is ROW. I have a pending I140 NIW that was submitted last month under PP.

After a few weeks, I went ahead and also submitted my I485 adjustment of status package.
I485 Received: 05/01/2026 (Based on USPS tracking)
So far, I have not received any mail confirmation/email/text message acknowledging the receipt of my I485. I added all the required documents including my I693 medical exam. I have a clean record - not even a traffic citation. The package was prepared through an attorney and they do not have a direct way to know if fees was deducted for my package.
I understand that timelines can vary vastly without explanation but still wanted to gain insights from the community on when to start worrying about not getting any acknowledgement/receipt number for the AOS.
In about 1-2 months, I may have to rely on the pending I485 to be in authorized stay in the country. Risky but that is my situation. A rejection or lost package could force me to depart prematurely.
