edit 2: below is how I put my reasoning for this tier list (cause if I read that as a LITERAL reason instead of a joke one more time, I might start a bad crash out), and put the 1st edit in bigger letters

1. Not counting clothing
2. Not using the "everything can be used as a weapon" as literal reasoning, everyone would be in the top tier, and that would be BORING
3. No self-harm
4. Is it a 1-time or projectile weapon? If so, it's not counted, or otherwise EVERYONE WOULD HAVE A WEAPON AND THE LIST WOULD BE A LITTLE BORING
5. What are they like without a weapon?
6. What do they usually have on them?
7. What do they have as a trinket?
