B2B SaaS, product is solid, retention is good once people get it. But we’re basically invisible externally and our demo cycles are way too long because few ppl understand what we do until we explain it directly to them.
We’ve been going back and forth on potentially hiring a marketing person, paid ads, working with influencers in our space, getting proper brand/video assets done, or just doubling down on outbound.
Feels like everything needs fixing at once and doing it all would just burn through the runway with nothing to show.
