Feedbacks like these are priceless.

Week 4.

71 signups.

2 paid.

4 waiting to switch when their current tools expire.

Still felt like I was building in the dark, not knowing how relevant is tool, wondering does anyone actually use this feature….

Then a professional user stress tested my tool with their real world workflows for almost a month and didn’t just say “nice work.” She cared enough to break it:

- “Give me no timestamps — removing them is painful.”

- “Default should be speaker-based, not every second.”

- “Exports need to match real workflows (regular + 3-column).”

- “Let me upload a transcript just to translate.”

- “I need verbatim and clean verbatim.”

That hit different.

Because this wasn’t surface-level feedback.

This was someone showing me how they actually work.

She also mentioned that this updates will put the tool in professional tool and no other tool is doing it perfectly.

This made my day. Someone acknowledging the hardwork, dedication and guiding exactly how to make it the best product.

That’s the moment it clicked:

This isn’t about building features.

This is about earning a place in someone’s workflow.

For the first time, it feels real.

Now I just have to live up to it.
