Hello everyone. I am a CDI specialist and my company recently announced they are going to outsource our revenue cycle to a third party, Omega Healthcare. We are being offered a position with Omega as part of their “commitment to doing this right.” I’m looking for insight from this community about the company and experiences to get an idea of if is going to be a good fit. Or, alternatively, if you’ve experienced something similar I’d love to hear about this too as this is uncharted waters for me since I’ve been with this organization for 10 years. I’ve read the GlassDoor reviews but was hoping to get more information. Thank you in advance.
