Instant transfer not showing up- and I’ve never had this issue before.
I sent an instant transfer out to my chime account. It says complete and it has been well over 30 mins but it is not appearing in my account. Most of my instant transfers have been $300 or less, however this one was $736. I have sent many instant transfers, including one just yesterday, to this account with no issue. When I try to chat/ask chime support they direct me to Venmo, and vice versa when I ask Venmo. Could it be because of the amount? Because it’s Sunday? Has anyone else experienced this?
