hi everyone, I’m newly diagnosed with mild NAFLD. Doctor didn’t say much other than to eat more vegetables and read the NHS website about the Mediterranean diet.

I’m a ”lean” NAFLD diagnosis. F, 5’8, 134lbs/61kg, get 8/10K steps daily and go to the gym 4/5x a week, and vegetarian. i have one drink maybe once a week if that.

I’ve been trying to make some good swaps (reduce sugar and carbs, no more granola or protein bars!) but I do drink a lot of Oatly Barista oat milk for homemade cappucinos. can anyone suggest a healthier alternative? I love the taste of Oatly (don’t like almond)
