Im struggling to figure out what the issue is with my printer, ive replaced the heater entirely, cleaned the z axis, and even tried printing pre installed files (incase it was a gcode issue) but absolutely nothing has worked.

When I turn it on it reads normal and heats up but the SECOND any axis moves when it starts to do the set up for the print, it drops to 0°. My room is at 76°F so its not an issue with freezing. Im genuinely so tired of this so please if you know what the issue is or even better, how to solve it, I would GREATLY appreciate it!!
