Has anyone experienced this? Usually in the cooldown cycle, but will happen randomly. I have pulled and reset any trouble codes, and done a factory reset. It's connected to the SmartHQ app, and I am beginning to wonder if the app itself has a bug. Everything works great otherwise, it is just annoying.

I was just gifted this knife. I looked it up on eBay and the last one sold for almost $500. It's serialized #0074, box is in good condition, blade has a few superficial scratches. I'm intrigued, Just looking for more info.
